Dokho Shin is a designer based in Berlin and Seoul. He graduated from Dankook University’s Department of Visual Design and Hamburg University of the Arts (HFBK)’s Department of Graphic Design. He has worked primarily with cultural and art institutions such as Propaganda Press, Hyunsilmunhwa, Artsonje Center, Nam June Paik Art Center, Barakat Contemporary, Kunsthal Aarhus, and LIEDBasel. He enjoys working on projects that focus on the formal characteristics of ‘books as a material medium.’ and is interested in making new contexts by weaving together materials/phenomena that are loosely related to books.
